I have attempted to uninstall all drivers from the device manager in the Sound, Video, and Game Controllers category. The same drivers get re-installed and the issue is not fixed. When I open the sound settings from the control panel, the Playback tab shows two enabled sound devices: Realtek Digital Output and Realtek Digital Output(Optical). Select the arrow next to Sound, video and game controllers to expand it. Right-click the listing for your sound card or audio device, select Uninstall device, select the Delete the driver software for this device check box, and then select Uninstall. Restart your PC. Note: Be sure to save documents and any other current work before you restart.
